  Pathetic! Zillmere store closes early on a Saturday, so I ask these guys to deliver, no go. Dominoes has lost a life long customer.

  On the 4th of May we walked into dominoes and ordered three pizzas with garlic bread and coke. We had ordered a Peri Peri chicken, Peri Peri Beef and a vegorama with feta and Peri Peri. To our amazement what we got at home was no Peri Peri. When we called back to check the guy on the line tells us casually tells us he'll give us a free pizza. We don't make a fuss. We start to eat our pizza without peri peri sauce. To our amazement there was no feta! We were upset and the explanation we get was that there were a hundred pizzas they made and they made a mistake and not a big deal. The guy was arrogant and sounded as if we were trying to pinch a pizza. I told him I don't need even a single pizza. He went on to say we are all from the same place and we don't need to make a fuss literally yelling at my wife. I was upset and hung up. In a few minutes he called us back apologising as he realised he had messed up the order and that he will repeat a free order of the three the next time despite us saying we do not want it. Today I called for my free pizzas and was humiliated by the staff like I was some sort of a beggar. I was on hold for more than ten minutes and told there was no record of it I could hear laughing in the background. This is the height of poor service. Don't promise the best if you can't deliver the best.
